Our sugar-free white chocolate is handmade by Abuela Ili in the heart of the Alpujarra. A smooth and creamy recipe, designed for those who want to enjoy the authentic flavor of white chocolate, but without added sugar.
Traditional preparation
We work as always: tempering, coating, cutting and packaging each piece without industrial processes or mass production. Only handmade white chocolate made with care.

Ingredients
Sugar-free white chocolate (100%): cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat, sweetener (maltitol), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring.
Handmade in the Alpujarra
Each bar is made in our workshop in Pampaneira, where we maintain the chocolate tradition that has made Abuela Ili a benchmark for more than 25 years.
