These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all purchases made through the website.

This contract regulates the purchase relationship between the provider and the user at the moment in which the user accepts, during the online purchase process,
the corresponding box.
The contractual sale relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific price publicly displayed on the website, of a specific product.

The terms and conditions described on this page are only for orders placed from the web.
These products may only be sold in the areas delimited by the provider: Spain (including the Balearic Islands).

The currency used will be the euro (€). The purchase procedure will be available in Spanish and English

Shipping costs will always be shown before finalizing the purchase and are calculated according to quantity and destination.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This website is governed by Spanish law. In case of litigation, both parties submit to the courts of Granada.
This express submission will not be applicable when the user holds the status of consumer according to current legislation;
in such case, the parties will submit to the courts of the user’s domicile.
