What is Dubai chocolate?
A “cut” type bar/slice (approx. 50 g) with a mixture of white chocolate and pistachio cream, reinforced with kataifi noodles to provide texture, and finished with a milk chocolate coating and crushed pistachio on top.
How it’s made (by hand, as always)
We prepare the base by mixing white chocolate with pistachio cream and kataifi. We spread it on a tray, let it set, cut it and dip each piece in the milk chocolate coating. To finish, we decorate with crushed pistachios.
Ingredients
- White chocolate (44%): sugar, cocoa butter, milk skimmed milk powder, milk fat, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), natural vanilla flavoring, flavoring
- Milk chocolate coating (28%): sugar, cocoa butter, milk skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, whey powder (milk), milk fat milk fat, milk whole milk powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), natural vanilla flavoring, flavoring.
- Pistachio cream (18%): sugar, sunflower oil, roasted pistachios (15%), rice flour, emulsifier: E471, sunflower lecithin, spirulina powder, salt, vanilla extract.
- Kataifi noodles (9%): Wheat flour, water, salt.
- Fine salt (0.5%).
- Roasted pistachio (0.5%).
