Our Dubai chocolate<\/strong> is a bite of contrast: creamy base, a crunchy touch, and a chocolate finish that wraps it all together. Handmade in Pampaneira by Abuela ili<\/strong>, piece by piece. <\/p>\n

What is Dubai chocolate?<\/h3>\n

A “cut” type bar\/slice (approx. 50 g<\/strong>) with a mixture of white chocolate<\/strong> and pistachio cream<\/strong>, reinforced with kataifi noodles<\/strong> to provide texture, and finished with a milk chocolate coating<\/strong> and crushed pistachio<\/strong> on top. <\/p>\n

How it’s made (by hand, as always)<\/h3>\n

We prepare the base by mixing white chocolate with pistachio cream and kataifi. We spread it on a tray, let it set, cut<\/strong> it and dip each piece in the milk chocolate coating<\/strong>. To finish, we decorate with crushed pistachios<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

  • Milk chocolate coating (28%):<\/strong><\/strong> sugar, <\/strong>cocoa butter<\/span>, milk <\/strong>skimmed milk powder<\/span>, <\/strong>cocoa mass<\/span>, <\/strong>whey powder (<\/span>milk<\/strong>)<\/span>, <\/strong>milk fat <\/span>milk fat, milk <\/strong>whole milk powder<\/span>, <\/strong>emulsifier: lecithins (<\/span>soy<\/strong>)<\/span>, <\/strong>natural vanilla flavoring<\/span>, <\/strong>flavoring.<\/span><\/li>\n
